Gauge Size: 14G (1.6mm) which is the standard gauge size for belly / navel piercings.
Materials: 316L surgical steel externally threaded bar and an alloy (mixed) metal elephant charm with a silver, gold or rose gold ion plated finish and one 6mm natural golden rutile quartz stone ball top.
The elephant base of this belly ring measures 9/16" (14mm) wide x 5/8" (16mm) high.
Bar Length: 3/8" (10mm) which is the standard length for belly / navel piercings.

Please avoid wearing any body jewelry with a colored finish/plating, including this barbell, if you have had a prior allergic reaction to plated jewelry or are hypersensitive to non-hypoallergenic metals.
If you need a hypoallergenic option, we recommend this design in plain 316L surgical steel/silver without a colored finish.

Plated Jewelry Care Instructions:
• In order to keep your ion plated jewelry looking like new, do not boil the jewelry or use rubbing alcohol or saline to sanitize them, because these methods can damage the finish.
• To sanitize the jewelry before insertion, please use *only* warm water and antibacterial soap.
• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, body lotion, and any other alcohol based products, or anything abrasive that can damage the finish.
• You should periodically take out your piercing jewelry and very gently scrub the threading with warm water and antibacterial soap to prevent any build up and to keep your piercing free from contaminants, etc.
• Wipe the jewelry with a soft cloth to clean it after use.

Always be gentle with your belly ring when you are twisting on the natural stone ball top, so that you do not accidentally strip the threading by over-tightening it. If you continue twisting the stone ball past the point where it reaches a soft, natural stopping place at the end of its threading, you will most likely dislodge it and damage your jewelry.
With that being said, all kinds of body jewelry with threading do naturally loosen with daily wear and body movement. In order to prevent the stone ball from becoming lost, you should regularly and *very gently* tighten it as needed.
Please do not boil these barbells or use rubbing alcohol or other highly acidic cleaning materials to sanitize them, as these methods can soften the jewelry adhesive used to secure the natural stones as well as damage the colored titanium finish.
Only antibacterial soap and warm water are needed to sanitize these barbells prior to insertion.
