Pair of Long Spikes 316L Surgical Steel 14G Nipple Piercing Barbells

These barbells are sold in pairs (set of 2 barbells) for nipple piercings. 

Materials: Hypoallergenic 100% solid 316L surgical steel externally threaded barbells and spikes. This piece is completely waterproof, and a great choice for everyday wear!

Gauge Size: Standard 14G (1.6mm)

Spike Size: 1/4" (6mm) or 5/16" (8mm).

Every purchase includes 2 extra replacement spikes!

Bar Length: Choose between 3/8" (10mm), 1/2" (12mm), 9/16" (14mm), 5/8" (16mm), 3/4" (19mm), 7/8" (22mm) or 1" (25mm).

The standard length for nipple piercings is 1/2" (12mm), but you may need a longer or shorter length depending on your personal piercing placement and body anatomy.

Always be gentle with your barbell when you are twisting on the spikes, so that you do not accidentally strip the threading by over-tightening them. If you continue twisting the spikes past the point where they reach a soft, natural stopping place at the end of their threading, you will most likely dislodge them and damage your jewelry.

With that being said, all kinds of body jewelry with threading do naturally loosen with daily wear and body movement. In order to prevent the spikes from becoming lost, you should regularly and *very gently* tighten them as needed.
