Gauge Size: 14G (1.6mm) which is the standard gauge size for belly / navel piercings.
Bar Length: 3/8" (10mm) which is the standard length for belly / navel piercings.
Materials: 316L surgical steel externally threaded bar, an alloy (mixed) metal frog charm with a silver plated finish, and one 5mm natural green aventurine stone ball top.
The frog base of the belly ring measures approximately 1/2" (12mm) by 1/2" (12mm). This piece is lightweight, and comfortable to wear! However, it is *not* waterproof nor water-resistant and should be removed prior to showering, swimming or exercising.

Plated Jewelry Care Instructions:
• In order to keep your ion plated jewelry looking like new, please remove the jewelry before bathing, showering, swimming or participating in physical activity.
• Keep the jewelry away from moisture and do not immerse the jewelry in water.
• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, body lotion, or other chemicals that can damage the finish.
• Wipe the jewelry with a soft cloth to clean it after use.
To sanitize the jewelry before insertion, please use only warm water and antibacterial soap. Make sure to dry the jewelry after sanitizing. Do not boil the jewelry or use rubbing alcohol or saline, because these methods can damage the finish and jewelry adhesive.

Always be gentle with your belly ring when you are twisting on the natural stone ball top, so that you do not accidentally strip the threading by over-tightening it. If you continue twisting the stone ball past the point where it reaches a soft, natural stopping place at the end of its threading, you will most likely dislodge it and damage your jewelry.
With that being said, all kinds of body jewelry with threading do naturally loosen with daily wear and body movement. In order to prevent the stone ball from becoming lost, you should regularly and *very gently* tighten it as needed.
Please do not boil these barbells or use rubbing alcohol or other highly acidic cleaning materials to sanitize them, as these methods can soften the jewelry adhesive used to secure the natural stones as well as damage the silver finish.
Only antibacterial soap and warm water are needed to sanitize these barbells prior to insertion.
