Gauge Size: 14G (1.6mm). 
**Please note that 14G is THICKER, and much less commonly used than 16G for lip piercings and helix piercings. 14G is the standard gauge size for industrial piercings.**

Flatback Bar Length: 1/4" (6mm), 5/16" (8mm), 3/8" (10mm), 1/2" (12mm).

Spike Length: 1/4" (6mm) or 5/16" (8mm).

Materials: Hypoallergenic 100% solid 316L surgical steel externally threaded flatback bar and spike.

Always be gentle with your labret when you are twisting on the spike, so that you do not accidentally strip the threading by over-tightening it. If you continue twisting the spike past the point where it reaches a soft, natural stopping place at the end of its threading, you will likely strip the threading and damage your jewelry.

With that being said, all kinds of body jewelry with threading do naturally loosen with daily wear and body movement. In order to prevent the spike from becoming lost, you should regularly and *very gently* tighten it as needed.
