Always be gentle with your barbell when you are twisting on the stone ball, so that you do not accidentally strip the threading by over-tightening. If you continue twisting the stone ball past the point where it reaches a soft, natural stopping place at the end of its threading, you will most likely dislodge it and damage your jewelry.
